Notes
- Payout charges are fixed regardless of how much you transact.
- The minimum amount for collections is 500 UGX and for payouts is 5,000 UGX.
- No monthly fees, no hidden costs. 3% per collection on mobile money.
- Card payments are not yet available on Nylon Pay, but bank transfers are active.

- Mobile money collection fee (3%): 3,000 UGX
- You receive: 97,000 UGX
Understanding Your Fees
Every transaction generates a platform fee record visible in your dashboard. The fee breakdown includes the base platform charge (direction and method-dependent), any applicable discounts, and add-on services such as SMS notifications or cross-border surcharges. Successful collections credit your balance net of all fees, and the dashboard provides a complete history of every fee charged.
